Eagle Express 9/18/19

From the Principal

Dear Parents,

Remember,  the Fall General Home and School Association (HSA) Meeting will be tomorrow, Thursday, September 19 at 7:00 PM in Marian Hall. One parent from each family is strongly encouraged to attend. Child care will be provided.  Our meeting will include proposed changes to HSA Bylaws with a vote; we will also elect/re-elect officers for one-year terms.

Last week, with the support of the Knights of Columbus, we held our first annual Soccer Competition here at IHM. Participants were given 15 penalty shots to score as many points as possible based upon their kick accuracy. Winners of the competition will have the opportunity to compete in the Diocesan Competition coming up this October 13th in Verona. A huge shout out to all that participated in the competition here at IHM and congratulations to the following winners! There is more information regarding the next level of competition this October for the winners in hard copy in the Eagle Express.

(See winners in email)

Some of the IHM Online Store orders are in! If you ordered near the beginning of the ordering window, your order will come home today. If you ordered closer to the September 4th deadline, they will still be a few weeks. We will send them home as soon as they get here!

Catholic Schools provide a firm foundation for the growth and development of your child. Pray for a year filled with faith and learning. Let us be a community of service to one another and to our world.
