From the Office

Dear Parents,

Thanks to all of the parents, grandparents, siblings, and friends that showed up for our adpated Clap Out! It is always a special event for our 8th graders, and even though it had to be different this year, it was still a very special way to acknowledge our awesome 8th grade class and their families!
Pick-up/drop-off for parents to pick-up their student’s items that were left in their classrooms, and drop-off borrowed technology, library books, band instruments, textbooks, and any other borrowed items is set for June 8th-10th. The instructions are in a letter linked below. Please pick a time on the Sign-Up genius here: Pick-Up/Drop-Off Sign Up. Those who are not returning to IHM in the fall, please remember to have your library books back to IHM by June 10th, in order not to be billed for a lost book.
IHM is having a drive-up fish fry! Next Friday, June 5th from 3:00-6:00 PM. Details are here: https://www.facebook.com/events/2604589419753399/
A reminder of the schedule for the next few weeks:

Friday, June 5th: last day of student instruction for 4K

I wanted to let you know that we will be following the CDC recommendations for making sure our Summer ECE and our Summer Camp are as safe as possible for all of the students, staff, and families. I will share more details next week.
Our ECE will be open May 28 & 29, June 1,3,5 and 8-10th. If you need ECE care on one of those days and haven’t yet let us know, please email Mrs. Esser at sesser@ihm-school.org.

Catholic Schools provide a firm foundation for the growth and development of your child. Pray for a year filled with faith and learning. Let us be a community of service to one another and to our world.

Peace,

Callie Meiller, Principal
