From the Office

Dear Parents,

Due to a COVID exposure, my family and myself will be virtual through Nov. 2nd. If you need me, emailing me at cmeiller@ihm-school.org is the best way to contact me!
Here at IHM we are looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas as we hope you are! However, in our COVID-times we need to think about how they affect our school and our mission to keep it open as long as we can. With that in mind, we require that if you spend time with people outside of your “COVID Bubble” during Thanksgiving or Christmas, or do any travelling, you keep your students home for virtual learning for 5 school days after contact with those people, or after you get home. For example: If you see extended family on Thanksgiving please do not return to in-person learning until December 2nd. We will also be adding two days at the beginning of Christmas Break, so the break will be December 21st-January 1st, with the exception of ECE and 4K. ECE will be off Dec. 24th & 25th, and Dec. 31th & Jan. 1st (unless there are not enough students signed up for the other days) and 4K will be off Dec. 23rd-Jan 4th. If you are traveling or visiting for Christmas please make sure to keep students home for 5 days after the visit to monitor symptoms.

You can now order IHM Spirit Wear apparel online, anytime, throughout this whole school year! Use this site to order IHM Spirit Wear: https://ihm.socceretcdirect.com/index.php?route=common/home
Click on “School Delivery” under Delivery Method, orders will be delivered to IHM, and we will send them home with your child as soon as we receive them!
Catholic Schools provide a firm foundation for the growth and development of your child. Pray for a year filled with faith and learning. Let us be a community of service to one another and to our world.
God Bless,
Callie Meiller, Principal

Did You Know?

At school, cough drops are considered medicine by law. If your child needs cough drops at school (after taking all COVID-related precautions, of course), they need to be kept in the school office. Please send them in their original bag labeled with their name, and a short note that gives your permission!
