From the Office
Dear Parents,
Prairie Fire Theater is coming back this year! I highly encourage you to have your 3rd-8th grade student participate in this fabulous opportunity, even if they have to put other activities aside for the week. See the linked flyer and form below for more information! Thanks to the HSA for their sponsorship of this fun week!
The days are beautiful, but getting cooler! Students will be outside as much as possible, so please make sure to send your child with appropriate outdoor wear for the weather for the full day, every day. Remember to label all outdoor clothing with your child’s name. If you need help getting outdoor gear for your family, please let us know – we have resources! Students can wear shorts/skirts without tights or leggings until Nov. 1st, if the weather is appropriate. After that long pants and tights/leggings under skirts are required until April 1st.
Middle School parents, please watch your email for your student’s progress report today or tomorrow. Our FACTs system will email you the students current grades, and comments from the teachers, if noted. Keep in mind that progress reports are primarily for core classes and some specials may not have grades quite yet. Please let your child’s teacher know if you have any questions.
Catholic Schools provide a firm foundation for the growth and development of your child. Pray for a year filled with faith and learning. Let us be a community of service to one another and to our world. On behalf of Fr. Chad, the teachers and staff of Immaculate Heart of Mary School, God bless you for choosing Immaculate Heart of Mary School!
God Bless,
Callie Meiller, Principal
